When does the registration for the Singelloop 2018 start?
Pre-registration is possible from 1 May 2018 up to and including Sunday 30 September 2018 at 6 pm. It is also possible to register during the Singelloop weekend. For this you can go to the Stadskantoor, Claudius Prinsenlaan, on Saturday 6 October between 12.00 and 15.00 or on Sunday 7 October from 9.00 am.
Can I check or change my registration details?
Yes, that’s possible. You can view and change your details yourself, for example if you have moved or if you want someone else in your place to participate in foreclosure or injury.
Changing the distance is not possible here.
Can I still change distances?
Yes, that’s possible. You can request a change up to September 11th 2018 by sending an email to email@example.com. After that you can only change the distance during the Singelloop weekend: on Saturday 6 October between 12.00 and 15.00 and on Sunday 7 October from 9.00 am, both days at the information desk in the Stadskantoor at Claudius Prinsenlaan.
Please note: when changing to a shorter distance there will not be a refund of registration fee.
Can I change the starting box?
You can only change the starting box during the Singelloop weekend: on Saturday October 6th between 12.00 and 15.00 and on Sunday October 7th from 9.00 am, both days at the information desk in the Stadskantoor at Claudius Prinsenlaan.
Can I get registration fee refund if I am unable to participate?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. Enrollment is final and registration fee is not refunded. There is also no refund of registration fee when exchanging to another distance. You can let someone else walk on your registration. In the confirmation email you receive after registration you will find information about how to do this.
Do you send my starting number to my home address?
Your race numbers will be sent if you have registered before Tuesday, September 18, 2018. You will receive your race number no later than Wednesday October 3, 2018 if you live in the Netherlands.
What should I do if I have not received my race number?
Did you register before Tuesday 18 September 2018 and did you not receive your race number on Friday 5 October 2018? Then come on Saturday 6 October between 12.00 and 15.00 or on Sunday 7 October from 9.00 am to the Municipal Office, Claudius Prinsenlaan, then you will receive a starting number.
I am unable to pick up my race number myself. Now what?
You can also have your starting number picked up by someone else. The mention of the name of the runner is enough.
How do I know where and when to start?
The starting numbers have a colored bar, which corresponds to the starting area in which you are assigned. The accompanying letter indicates which color belongs to which starting area and at what time the start takes place.
How do I share my time with supporters?
The time registration takes place via a Chronotrack chip on the back of your race number. Thanks to this chip, participants receive the intermediate times and end times, if desired, real-time on their Facebook and / or Twitter account and up to three 06 numbers. The supporters of the participant who use this service can also receive these times on their own accounts and 06 numbers.
Are there lockers available?
Yes, participants can rent a safe for € 2.00. The lockers are located in the Rabobank building at Kloosterplein 11, near the start. You pay € 2.00 at the counter and you will receive a safe number and a PIN code. The lockers are big enough to store a bag with clothes.
